I created this layout for a friend of mine who wanted a personal website done. Since I did create the layout for free and I gained his permission; I am hereby releasing this template to the world for free use through the use of the Creative Commons and Wauchi Download Agreement License. This theme is a xhtml and css valid, dark web2.0 style theme. It was created for the purpose of attracting and keeping audience. It uses a lengthy Cascading Style Sheet that causes all of the effects. It was created specifically to make the website load faster at the same time giving the effects of a fully image powered site. Hope you enjoy this layout.

When I first created this layout, I used a very specific header that I cannot share with you all because my friend is using it for his site. So instead I used this very basic, simple to customize header. If you don't like the header, I coded the header portion in a way that you can put your own text. Something like a nice stanza from a poem will make it look nice. If you don't want something like that, then you are free to use any type of header you wish. Be creative and let your imagination  run wild. Create something unique, something that will show your skills. If you don't want to, I attached an editable .psd and .png file for the header. ENJOY!

This entire layout was created using Macromedia (now known as Adobe ) Dreamweaver and Fireworks. I have Studio 8 installed on my computer so those who uses Photoshop or older version of the software I used may not find the same patterns/textures.

When I was designing and coding the layout, I kept on previewing my process in both Internet Explorer 7 and Mozilla Firefox 2. I have not yet tested it on any other browsers but it should not be of a problem. The functions are very simple and its coded in CSS which majority of the browsers are focusing on now. There are no transparent images so you should not get any defected images with pixelish background.

You can edit any image you wish and modify any code you want. Due to the fact that this template is free, we require you that you leave our copyright as it is. I saved almost all of the images are saved in editable Macromedia Fireworks file (.PNG). I have also included two versions of the header. One is saved in editable Macromedia Fireworks (.PNG) format and the other is in Adobe Photoshop (.PSD). I recommend that all users save the final extension in .PNG format because this will put forth the best quality of the image. Otherwise the blending from the dark grey to the black color will end up appearing distorted.
