As you may have noticed, all hosted accounts on E10Host has been down. We are sorry for this, however, this downtime was needed. Previously we stated that we will be installing few softwares to improve our services. We have begun that process and are almost done with all of the installation work. Please be patient as we are working as fast as we could to get all the general installation and testing completed. We look forward to....
We found a server hosted with a new company. We have purchased a plan from them and have joined an alliance. With this new company’s server, we will be able to offer Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting and also offer Master Reseller Hosting (which we have never dared to do in the past). Master Reseller Hosting is a program where Resellers can offer reseller hosting to their customers. Basically something like running your own server but not being on a private server. Due to us offering great service, we have to transfer to the new location, install some softwares that will allow us to offer these services, install sercurity, write a login code to work with all of these, update cPanel to its latest version (11), and the other basic stuff. We’ll let you know when all this work is complete. Please be patient. In the mean time, why not gain your post amount to request a hosting plan with us!
We are also going to have a larger choice of domains when you register with an account. In addition to the default e10host.com, you can now choose e10.info, mycoolworld.org, and few other ones (its a surprise).
The free domain program (Billy’s Buying Domains) will also be coming back, so be ready for it.
We have tried our best to convert the Wauchi forum from SMF to vB; however, all attempts were a failure. We have now installed a fresh vB on our website hoping that all previous users will come back to take full advantage of it.
So far we have noticed a big bug in the vB installation. The system is having a bit of an issue remembering the Username and Passwords of registered accounts. We are trying to problem solve, however, the only solution that comes to our mind is to re-install the board. Which means that all topics and registered users will be lost. We know this is getting a bit tedious on our members but in order to make a successful community, risk and changes are needed to occur.
In addition to the forum changes, we have also made changes to our hosting plans. We are now offering larger plans. From 1 gig to 5 gig worth of hosting space can now be used by one user. Click on plans on the link above to learn more.
